Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process incoming customer payments.
• Assist with customer statements and reminders.
• Support customer account reconciliation.
• Follow up on email correspondence.
• Conduct month-end account reconciliations.
• Handle various ad-hoc requests from the organization.
