Student Marketing Assistant (Remote, Denmark)

Job summary

A student worker is sought to assist in the development of marketing assets and manage stakeholder communications within a Cross-Franchise Marketing team. The role involves supporting the submission of marketing materials to Intellectual Property partners and ensuring timely feedback and approvals.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a relevant academic degree (e.g., Cand.Merc) at a Danish University or Business School, ideally starting third-year bachelor or beginning master's studies in 2026.
• Understanding of marketing principles, with coursework in communication and marketing preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to manage tight deadlines and stakeholder alignment.
• Attention to detail and proactive work ethic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Submit marketing assets for approval from Intellectual Property partners and manage feedback.
• Ensure partners meet their deadlines for submissions.
• Assist the Cross-Franchise Marketing team with daily marketing tasks and asset development, including E-COM assets and packaging graphics.
• Maintain the Cross-Franchise Marketing SharePoint site.
• Watermark confidential products as needed.
