This part-time position within the Finance & Legal team involves a variety of finance operations tasks and supports legal initiatives in a growing SaaS environment. Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer subscriptions and invoicing.
• Assist with debt collection alongside Customer Support & Success teams.
• Address customer inquiries regarding operational finance matters.
• Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Bookkeep expenses and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Explore automation of finance processes using AI and other tools.
