Job summary

This position offers a unique opportunity for a Student Assistant to gain practical experience in project management and internal development initiatives within a dynamic international environment. The role involves supporting the Program Management Office (PMO) team with various internal projects and tasks.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor's degree program (e.g., project management, organization, communication, engineering, business).
  • Plans to pursue a master's degree.
  • Structured approach to tasks and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable using Office 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordination and documentation of internal projects.
  • Update templates, processes, and procedures.
  • Conduct data collection and quality assurance.
  • Support various internal project tasks, including ISO certification implementation and updates to the Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and handle ad hoc tasks as needed.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Engaged and responsible with a proactive attitude towards learning.

Education

  • Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program with plans for further education.

Tools

Working hours are flexible, ranging from 10 to 15 hours per week, allowing for a balance between work and academic commitments.

  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
