Student Assistant (Procurement Operations, Kvistgaard)

Job summary

This position is for two Student Assistants to support the Procurement Operations team in Kvistgaard. The role involves gaining practical experience in an international procurement setting, assisting with various operational, analytical, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient procurement processes and effective data management.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a similar field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Interest in data analysis and understanding of business processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Danish is beneficial.
• Proactive attitude with a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

What We Offer

• Create and maintain supplier master data in Dynamics.
• Monitor and manage the Procurement mailbox, distributing incoming requests.
• Assist with supplier onboarding and ensure master data quality.
• Verify supplier payment terms and maintain supplier master data accuracy.
• Conduct spend analysis and supplier evaluations.
• Follow up on outstanding purchase order confirmations.
• Expedite overdue supplier deliveries as needed.
• Organize and maintain Procurement Teams folders and documentation.
• Prepare KPI reports, graphs, and performance data.
• Support the development of Power BI dashboards and procurement reporting.
• Maintain process documentation and work instructions.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and other ad hoc procurement tasks.
• Practical experience in an international Procurement organization.
• Exposure to strategic sourcing, supplier management, and business analytics.
