Job summary

This position offers an opportunity to develop procurement, project management, and analytical skills within a professional corporate procurement team. The role involves supporting either Indirect or Direct Procurement activities, focusing on cost reduction, resilience, and sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a master’s degree or in the final year of a bachelor’s degree in finance, Procurement, Strategy, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Preferably have at least 2 years remaining in studies.
  • Previous experience in a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and possess a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Indirect or Direct Procurement team with various activities to enhance overall performance.
  • Engage in commercial procurement activities and assist in improving processes and systems.
  • Perform administrative duties and support projects and daily category management.
  • Collaborate with procurement colleagues, internal stakeholders, and suppliers as needed.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build interpersonal relationships.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to strategic decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in an intercultural environment and value diverse perspectives.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant degree program (master’s or bachelor’s).

Tools

  • Familiarity with procurement and project management tools is a plus.
