Student Assistant – People Data & Analytics

Job summary

This role involves supporting the People Data & Analytics team by assisting with reporting services and data management in a global organization. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering recurring and ad hoc reports using Workday and POINT.
• Support report scheduling, monitoring, and quality assurance activities.
• Perform data validation and quality checks for accuracy.
• Prepare data extracts and assist with analysis requests from stakeholders.
• Maintain reporting documentation and process guides.
• Help manage reporting inventories and service requests.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and escalate as necessary.
• Collaborate with reporting specialists and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and automation.
• Engage in team activities and learning opportunities.

Skills

• Curiosity about analytics, reporting, and business processes.
• Basic knowledge of data visualization or reporting concepts is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI, Workday, or similar reporting platforms is advantageous.

Education
