Job summary

This position is for a Student Assistant within the Onboarding and Support team, focusing on customer support related to payments and system configuration. The role requires providing weekend support coverage and additional hours during the week as needed.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work 15–20 hours per week on weekends, plus some hours during the week
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Professional level of written and spoken English
  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and a team player
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and other IT platforms is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Interest in technology

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding payments
  • Assist with system configuration and provide technical information
  • Ensure proper escalation of client queries to relevant teams
  • Support projects aimed at enhancing customer support

Skills

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program

Tools

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and other IT platforms is advantageous
