Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the training calendar for the mechanical discipline.
  • Manage catering for meetings and approve invoices.
  • Ensure alignment with sales CVs across the mechanical discipline.
  • Update organizational charts and handle ad hoc assignments.
  • Plan social events for the team.
