Job summary

This part-time student position supports regional marketing and sales activities within the Baking sector across Europe. The role involves hands-on execution, analysis, and coordination to enhance operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree or early stage of a Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for data.
• Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, taking responsibility for deliverables.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing regional marketing initiatives aligned with the European Baking strategy.
• Prepare market overviews, insight summaries, and competitive intelligence for commercial decision-making.
• Support sales teams by creating and maintaining commercial materials, including presentations and customer overviews.
• Help with sales pipeline visibility and coordination of follow-up activities across regions.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate inputs from EU commercial team members and manage defined sub-projects and administrative tasks.
