Student Assistant (Marketing, On-site)

Job summary

This position involves supporting the Marketing department within Global Partner Sales by contributing to marketing communications and initiatives across various regions including LATAM, EU & CIS, Asia, and MEA. The role is designed for students seeking hands-on experience in global marketing while balancing their studies.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a program related to marketing, communications, business, or international business.
• Strong interest in global marketing and international work environments.
• Fluent in Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and distributing marketing communications such as newsletters and online event invitations.
• Help develop interactive marketing catalogues and digital marketing materials.
• Adapt global marketing content to meet regional needs.
• Translate and proofread marketing materials into Spanish.
• Coordinate with colleagues across regions for timely communication.
• Support planning and execution of online marketing activities and events.
• Maintain and organize marketing assets and materials.

Skills

• Attention to detail with a knack for creating engaging communications.
• Structured and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Enjoys collaboration with colleagues from diverse cultures and regions.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Adobe Express) is preferred.
• Familiarity with newsletters and digital marketing content creation is a plus.

Education

• Currently studying in a relevant field.
