Student Assistant in Investor Relations and Finance (Part-time, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to support the Finance Special Projects and Investor Relations team within a dynamic, publicly listed company. The role involves hands-on experience with financial reporting and investor communication, particularly during key reporting periods.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Business School program (final year of Bachelor’s or early Master’s)
• Fluent in English
• Strong interest in finance, investor relations, and strategy
• Proactive and curious with a willingness to engage across various business areas
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including quarterly and annual disclosures
• Help develop presentations for shareholders and investors in both equity and debt markets
• Contribute to finance-related projects through analysis, modeling, and process enhancements
• Maintain data, reporting templates, and presentations for internal use
• Provide general support to the Finance Special Projects and Investor Relations teams as required

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Experience with Adobe tools (e.g., InDesign or Illustrator) is advantageous
• Previous experience in finance, investor relations, consulting, or similar analytical roles is preferred

Education

• Enrollment in a Business School program is required.
