Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree or diploma program in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong work ethic and capability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Experience with Employee Management Systems, particularly WorkDay, is advantageous.

  • Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring a high level of customer service.
