Job summary

This role involves supporting the Reward agenda within the HR department, focusing on compensation practices and analytics in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Psychology, or a related field
  • At least 1–1.5 years remaining in studies
  • Strong analytical skills with an interest in data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the annual performance, bonus, and salary review processes
  • Support Rewards analytics, reporting, and data validation
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and Excel analyses for stakeholders
  • Maintain and update Rewards data, policies, and documentation
  • Support benchmarking activities and market data collection
  • Assist with various Rewards and HR-related tasks and projects
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulations

Skills

  • Interest in Rewards, compensation, benefits, or People Analytics
  • Experience with Power BI, HR systems, or data visualization tools is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
  • Curiosity about HR data and international reward practices

Education

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
