Job summary

This role involves supporting the Global HR Communication and Community of Practice activities, providing an opportunity to gain practical experience in an international HR setting. The position focuses on enhancing communication and collaboration within the HR team across various geographies.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in communication, HRM, psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in change management.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
  • Proficient in English in an international context.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
  • Availability to commit approximately 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and editing internal HR communication materials such as emails, newsletters, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate communication-related meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Maintain SharePoint for the Global HR Community and support HR Processes Standardisation projects.
  • Collaborate with Community of Practice Leaders to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
  • Organize virtual events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions for the Community of Practice.
