Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant education program with at least one year remaining in studies.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive mindset with a hands-on attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Assistant with daily coordination and administrative tasks, including travel arrangements.
  • Manage expense reports and related administrative duties.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and monthly new joiner lunches.
  • Plan and execute monthly leadership events and internal communications.
  • Support the organization of annual awareness days and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle ad hoc coordination and administrative tasks as needed.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using AI tools.
  • Strong planning and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member.
  • Understanding of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Education

  • Enrollment in university degrees, academy profession programs, or other relevant educational pathways is preferred.

Tools

  • Microsoft Office Suite, AI tools for task support.
