Student Assistant (Global HR Rewards)

Job summary

As a Student Assistant in the Rewards team within Global HR, you will support various activities that enhance employee engagement and performance across the organization. This role provides an opportunity to gain insights into HR processes and contribute to global HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Danish university in Finance, HR, Business Administration, Data, IT, or a related field.
• Self-driven, accountable, and structured with a focus on high-quality results.
• Proactive and customer-focused mindset.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct benchmarking of internal and external compensation and benefits practices.
• Analyze and propose new solutions within Compensation and Benefits.
• Develop and maintain training and communication materials for managers regarding policies and guides.
• Perform reporting and analytics based on employee lifecycle data.
• Update and develop HRIT solutions for annual activities.
• Collaborate across HR functions.

Skills

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Education

• Currently studying at a Danish university in a relevant field.
