Job summary

The role involves supporting daily operations within customer service, course coordination, and various administrative tasks in a global company. The position offers flexible working hours of 10–20 hours per week, primarily during office hours, with a minimum requirement of two hours every Friday before 15:00.

Qualifications

  • Outgoing, reliable, and service-minded with attention to detail.
  • Professional and organized, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Recent graduates from a gymnasium are preferred, with a commitment to work for at least 12 months.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with the MS-Office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer experiences in person and via phone and email.
  • Manage practical tasks in the reception area.
  • Coordinate and book participants for training courses and hotel accommodations.
  • Collaborate with course administration and customer service teams globally.
  • Support the business with various ad hoc administrative tasks.

Education
