Student Assistant, Customer Lifecycle & Membership

Job summary

This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global CRM, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, and customer engagement within a leading jewellery brand. The Student Assistant will work closely with various teams to support customer engagement and retention initiatives across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field (minimum 1.5 years remaining of studies)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Interest in CRM, customer loyalty, and consumer engagement strategies
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player

Responsibilities

• Assist the Implementation & Operations team with operational tasks and platform-related activities, including support for Bloomreach
• Pull data extracts, update content in Bloomreach, and support campaign quality assurance
• Prepare presentations, documentation, and meeting materials for the Lifecycle Strategy team
• Create visuals, summary slides, and follow up on action items
• Support Membership & Loyalty initiatives, including campaign preparation and stakeholder coordination
• Maintain and improve team documentation and processes for efficient collaboration
• Handle ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks across the Customer Lifecycle & Membership team

Education

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing or a related field
