Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or early master's program in business, marketing, economics, social sciences, statistics, psychology, or a related field.
• Comfortable working with data and eager to learn about survey-based research and analysis.
• Effective communication skills across cultures.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Initiative-driven with a constructive mindset, able to ask questions and take accountability for tasks.
• Proficient in written and spoken English at a business level.

Responsibilities

• Assist in market research projects by preparing surveys and discussion guides, participating in meetings, and coordinating tasks during fieldwork.
• Manage online survey programming and basic data handling, including monitoring quotas and preparing data overviews.
• Contribute to insights reporting by preparing and checking presentation slides and summarizing findings.
• Maintain contact databases and project documentation for accuracy and usability.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, providing consistent support to marketing and commercial teams.
