Student Assistant – Compliance (Fintech, Copenhagen/Remote)

Job summary

This role offers a student the chance to gain practical experience in financial compliance within a fintech setting, focusing on regulatory adherence and risk management. The position involves supporting the compliance team with essential 2nd line activities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Economics, Political Science, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks.
• Interest in financial regulation, AML/CFT, and sanctions.
• Proficient communication and writing skills in English.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 2nd line controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Monitor relevant regulatory changes in Denmark and the EU.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.
