Job summary

This role involves supporting communication efforts within a dynamic life sciences initiative. The student assistant will engage in various tasks that enhance strategic communication and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as a 2nd or 3rd-year Bachelor's student or a newly started MSc student in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Corporate Communication, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, or a related field, with at least one year remaining in studies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, with a good eye for visual design.
  • Proactive, energetic, and a team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks and deadlines.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

What We Offer

  • Assist in creating content for social media, websites, and internal communications.
  • Support administrative tasks, including preparing PowerPoint presentations for various stakeholders.
  • Help plan and execute events, coordinating logistics and preparing necessary materials.
  • Write engaging news articles and press materials to communicate key milestones and initiatives.
  • Provide assistance with communications and marketing-related administrative tasks.
  • Flexible working hours to accommodate academic commitments.
  • Experience in a collaborative team focused on social media, events, public affairs, and internal communication.
  • Hands-on experience in strategic communication within the life sciences and startup sectors.
  • Opportunities to engage with key players in the Danish life science ecosystem and beyond.
