This role involves supporting the Clinical Supply team in various operational tasks related to clinical studies within the medical technology sector. The position is designed for a student who is organized and self-driven, with a focus on improving clinical operations and supply chain management.

Qualifications

• Field of study in life sciences or supply chain management preferred.
• Proficient in IT tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Miro.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Interest in supply chain management.
• Excellent English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Clinical Supply team with hands-on tasks.
• Manage and track clinical warehouse operations.
• Conduct room and device temperature checks.
• Oversee device management, including calibration deliveries.
• Perform data entry and updates in the Clinical Supply Tracker system.
• Organize meetings and assist with preparations.
• Place purchase orders for materials.
• Prepare clinical trial materials kits for study sites.
