Job summary

This role involves supporting the Clinical Supply team in various operational tasks related to clinical studies within the life sciences sector. The position is designed for a student with a structured work approach and an interest in medical device development and supply chain management.

Qualifications

• Field of study in life sciences or supply chain management preferred.
• Proficient in IT tools such as Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, and Miro.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good communication abilities.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
• Excellent English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Clinical Supply team with hands-on tasks.
• Manage international and cross-functional project activities.
• Track and check Clinical Warehouse operations.
• Conduct room and device temperature checks.
• Handle device management, including calibration deliveries and file updates.
• Perform data entry and updates in the Clinical Supply Tracker system.
• Organize meetings and assist with preparations.
• Place purchase orders for materials.
• Prepare clinical trial materials kits for study sites.

Skills

Education

• Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study, preferably in life sciences or supply chain management.
