Strategy Manager

Job summary

This role involves leading high-priority strategic projects and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership during a period of transformation. Responsibilities include managing commercial strategies, regional initiatives, investment cases, and sustainability efforts, as well as facilitating the execution of corporate strategy across business units.

Qualifications

• Proven strategic and analytical skills with experience in leading complex analyses and delivering board-ready recommendations.
• Ability to build trust with C-suite leaders and provide confident advice on impactful topics.
• Experience in managing multiple workstreams and coaching junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects sponsored by the Senior Leadership Team.
• Act as a sparring partner for C-suite members on strategic topics.
• Facilitate the implementation of corporate strategy across business units.
• Prepare and present recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team and Board.

Skills

• Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to create compelling presentations.
• Competencies in strategic advisory, project leadership, analytical rigor, and stakeholder influence.

Education

• Degree in business or engineering preferred.
