Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • Over 8 years of experience in strategy or management consulting, preferably from a top-tier firm.
  • Proven expertise in Loyalty strategy, including program design and customer retention.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary strategic lead for key accounts, managing executive relationships and identifying value creation opportunities.
  • Drive business development efforts, including proposal development and securing new engagements.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of complex strategy engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to timelines.
  • Provide strategic oversight for deliverables, ensuring actionable insights and impactful presentations.
  • Mentor and manage multi-disciplinary teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to recruiting and retaining top consulting talent.
  • Develop proprietary methodologies in Loyalty and CX, enhancing the firm's market position.

Education
