Job summary

This role involves contributing to the development of a Management Consulting domain aimed at enhancing AI systems through structured learning environments based on real-world consulting experiences. The position is remote and project-based, focusing on analytical design and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar.
• Proven experience in structuring ambiguous client problems into actionable analytical plans.
• Experience in building financial models and conducting market analyses.
• Ability to produce high-quality, client-ready deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Strong skills in forming and defending recommendations in uncertain situations.

Responsibilities

• Develop realistic consulting project environments that reflect actual engagement dynamics, including industry context and financial constraints.
• Create structured consulting tasks for AI agents that replicate real consulting activities, such as market sizing and operational diagnosis.
• Establish evaluation criteria and quality standards, including grading frameworks and evaluation rubrics, to train AI systems.
