Responsibilities

Learning, leadership and culture

• Engage in operational finance tasks such as bookkeeping, month-end closing, and payroll optimization.
• Participate in the transformation and digitalization of finance functions, including process optimization and internal controls advisory.
• Assist in enterprise performance management activities like analytics, budgeting, and reporting.
• Support ERP-enabled finance transformations, including defining business requirements and ensuring data migration.
• Contribute to finance strategy and operating model design, including service delivery models and role assessments.
• Involve in global business services transformations by developing shared service functions aligned with corporate strategy.
• Aid in internal business development by assisting with client proposals and event facilitation.
• Benefit from a structured learning approach, with 70% of learning from projects, 20% from coaching, and 10% from formal training.
• Work closely with a Talent Manager for personalized guidance and support in career development.
