Job summary

This role involves creating structured learning environments for AI systems based on real-world consulting experiences. The position is aimed at seasoned consultants from top-tier firms who can translate complex client engagements into actionable insights for AI training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience at a recognized strategy consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar.
• Proven experience in structuring ambiguous client problems into analytical frameworks.
• Experience in building financial models and conducting market analyses.
• Ability to produce high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Strong skills in forming and defending recommendations amidst uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Develop realistic consulting project scenarios that reflect actual engagement dynamics, including industry context and financial constraints.
• Design structured tasks for AI agents that replicate real consulting activities such as market sizing and operational diagnosis.
• Establish evaluation criteria and quality standards, including grading frameworks and rubrics, to assess AI outputs effectively.

• Capacity to clarify vague problems into detailed analytical steps.
• High attention to detail and output quality.
• Ability to work independently and self-direct tasks.
• Proficient written English skills (B2+ level).

Education
