Job summary

This role involves developing structured learning environments for AI systems by leveraging real-world consulting experiences. The position is designed for seasoned consultants from top-tier firms who can translate complex client engagements into practical scenarios for AI training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience at a recognized strategy consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar.
• Proven experience in structuring ambiguous client problems into actionable analytical plans.
• Experience in building financial models and conducting market analyses.
• Ability to produce high-quality, client-ready deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Strong skills in forming and defending recommendations amidst uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic consulting project environments that reflect actual engagement dynamics, including industry context and financial constraints.
• Design structured tasks for AI agents that replicate real consulting activities such as market sizing and operational diagnosis.
• Develop evaluation criteria and quality standards for tasks to train and calibrate AI grading systems.
