Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of high-priority initiatives across Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Support, and Commercial teams.
  • Align teams on owners, timelines, dependencies, risks, and readiness criteria.
  • Drive follow-through, resolve blockers, and escalate issues to maintain momentum.
  • Ensure operational readiness for launches, improving execution processes over time.

Skills

  • Strong execution and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage dependencies and identify blockers early.
  • Experience in improving systems and ways of working.

Education

  • Background in Strategic Initiatives, Consulting, or Product Operations preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools is advantageous.
