Job summary

The Stock Controller is responsible for supporting warehouse management and ensuring the proper handling of goods in a luxury retail environment. This role involves meeting KPIs and adhering to company procedures to provide excellent service to both in-store and e-commerce customers.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand
  • Strong understanding of luxury customer service principles
  • Ability to build long-lasting client relationships
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Ensure product care and protection according to guidelines
  • Manage daily goods receipt and storage, preparing products for sales
  • Handle shop-to-shop transfers and returns in compliance with timelines
  • Process E-Commerce orders while maintaining service levels
  • Manage damaged and non-sellable products appropriately
  • Organize packaging and stationery, both physically and in IT systems
  • Participate in inventory management and ensure cleanliness of the warehouse
  • Support Stock Manager in optimizing warehouse space
  • Collaborate with Sales Associates and Visual Merchandising team as needed
  • Maintain relationships with providers and organize monthly archives
