Staffing Student Worker (Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role is designed for a student pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or a related field, providing an opportunity to gain practical experience in staffing operations. The Staffing Student Worker will assist the Staffing Specialist with various administrative tasks and contribute to staffing projects.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in HR, Business, or a similar field with at least two years left before graduation.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite; experience with HR systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily administrative tasks and operations related to staffing.
• Participate in staffing projects and assist with research-based activities.
• Create evaluations and reports, and manage dashboards for the Leadership Team.
• Maintain and update the staffing tool for tracking staffing, vacations, training, and leave of absence.
• Coordinate with the Mobility team to ensure compliance with work permits and VISAs for the consulting team.
• Assist the NGWOW/Teaming@BCG team with PTO surveys.
