Job summary

The Specialist in People Process & AI Automation is responsible for enhancing the efficiency of global HR processes through structured design and AI-enabled automation. This role focuses on simplifying and optimizing People processes, utilizing tools like Lean Six Sigma and Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Interest or experience in process design, continuous improvement, AI, automation, or digital transformation.
• Experience in a global organization and HR, particularly with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS, is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or AI tools is a plus.
• Exposure to Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is beneficial; Green Belt certification or willingness to obtain one is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Map, analyze, and document global People processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Support process improvement initiatives through structured approaches like DMAIC and Value Stream Mapping.
• Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities in current processes.
• Facilitate workshops to understand and design future-state processes.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, and governance models.
• Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Create agents for self-service, knowledge retrieval, and operational reporting.
• Monitor agent performance and support responsible AI practices.
• Partner with HR process owners to identify AI opportunities for business value.
• Create training materials and deliver workshops to HR teams.
