Special Investments Accountant

Job summary

This role involves managing key finance activities related to a special investments portfolio, focusing on accounting accuracy, compliance, and financial judgment. The position serves as a finance business partner, providing insights and support for investment decisions and reporting on performance.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
• Strong understanding of IFRS and investment accounting
• Experience in process improvement for efficiency and quality
• Proficient in SAP, BPC, Power BI, and other ERP/reporting systems
• Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting treatment of special investments, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Oversee financial reviews of investments in various platforms
• Act as a trusted partner to advise on investment decisions
• Validate cash-call assumptions and provide insights for business planning
• Deliver performance reporting to stakeholders for strategic follow-up
