Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or related fields, with a focus on strategic supplier relationship management and project management.
• Proven experience in contract management and market analysis.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience handling large and complex spend.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment systems and innovation processes.
• Experience in stakeholder management at senior levels (C-level).
• Willingness to travel internationally (15-25 days per year).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Advanced English language skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities
