Sourcing Manager (Manufacturing Services, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves leading sourcing initiatives across Manufacturing Services, MRO, and CapEx categories, focusing on cost optimization and supplier performance. The Sourcing Manager will collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with production needs and investment priorities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Proven experience in manufacturing services sourcing, MRO procurement, or CapEx/project procurement.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for manufacturing services, MRO, and CapEx.
• Lead sourcing events including RFPs, RFQs, and negotiations.
• Identify and deliver cost reduction opportunities through value engineering, supplier consolidation, and demand management.
• Build and maintain multi-year sourcing roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Deliver measurable cost savings and cost avoidance against annual targets.
• Track and report procurement KPIs such as cost savings and supplier performance.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for MRO and CapEx spend.
