Software Execution Lead

Job summary

The Software Execution Lead is responsible for driving the successful delivery of software development outcomes by coordinating execution across cross-functional teams within the Sales & Marketing Domain. This role involves translating business priorities into actionable outcomes and ensuring alignment between business and technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in software delivery, project or program management, software engineering, or business delivery roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple teams or departments.
• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with delivery frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, Prince2, IPMA, or Lean.
• Knowledge of e-commerce, sales, and marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives by coordinating agile teams and managing dependencies, resources, and risks.
• Translate business strategy into clear priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.

• Identify and mitigate delivery, technical, and organizational risks.
