Job summary

This is a part-time student position focused on supporting the administration and governance of a corporate social media ecosystem. The role involves assisting colleagues globally in managing their social media presence while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a program related to communication, digital media, or a similar field.
• Interest in digital communication and social media platforms.
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to processes and organization.
• Comfortable with digital platforms and eager to learn new tools.
• Experience with social media management platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation technologies is advantageous.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of Danish is not required.
• A proactive team player who enjoys collaboration across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and maintenance of the social media management platform, including user access and account setup.
• Assist colleagues with onboarding, training, and support for social media tools and best practices.
• Manage and maintain the global social media account inventory, ensuring accuracy.
• Support the implementation of employee advocacy and social media enablement initiatives.
• Assist with social media reporting by organizing and analyzing performance data.
• Explore opportunities for improving workflows and efficiencies using digital tools.
• Monitor developments in the social media landscape that may affect business use.

Education

• Currently studying communication, digital media, or a related field.

Tools

• Experience with social media management platforms and digital collaboration tools is beneficial.
