Job summary

The role involves taking full ownership of social media accounts across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a focus on audience growth and engagement. You will be responsible for generating ideas, creating content, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Passionate about social media, particularly TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Ability to edit short-form video content or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, preferring to manage your own goals.
• Comfortable with an honest and unpolished brand voice.
• Currently studying or interested in an internship as part of an Erasmus placement is preferred.
• Bonus: Experience in performance marketing or managing a social media account with proven growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by setting targets for followers and reach, and determining what success looks like weekly.
• Propose and test content formats independently, running experiments to find what resonates.
• Organize and lead weekly recording sessions, ensuring efficient content production.
• Edit and publish content across all platforms, utilizing AI tools for efficiency while applying personal judgment for quality.
• Maintain a performance library to track successful content and report on key metrics.

Skills

• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
• Video editing skills or a strong desire to develop them.
• Analytical mindset for tracking performance and making data-driven decisions.

Education

• Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study or seeking an internship through an academic program.

Tools

• Familiarity with social media platforms and video editing software; experience with AI tools for content creation is a plus.
