Responsibilities

• Advance site projects from pipeline to initiation
• Implement structured processes to cover critical project elements
• Manage all applications and permitting processes for new projects
• Supervise technical due diligence, legal due diligence, and risk evaluations
• Maintain project timelines and overviews
• Oversee permit application processes for each project
• Manage contracts relevant to the site selection process
• Support the Site Selection team in identifying and evaluating new development opportunities
• Engage with external stakeholders such as grid companies, municipalities, and landowners
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to inform expansion strategies
