Job summary

The Shopper Marketing Lead for the Nordic Retail & Home Improvement District will be responsible for developing and executing a Shopper Marketing Execution Plan tailored to the needs of the assigned shopper group. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and promote brand products effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in Shopper or Consumer Marketing or Account Management within the FMCG B2C sector
  • Strong analytical skills and project management experience
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities
  • Leadership capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Create, execute, and measure the Shopper Marketing Execution Plan
  • Understand shopper needs and shopping habits to tailor marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with Category Development and Key Account Managers to identify growth opportunities
  • Build relationships with marketing personnel at customer accounts
  • Evaluate financial viability of marketing tactics and manage budgets
  • Analyze marketing performance to optimize strategies

Education

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
