Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing the visibility and growth of a service business through targeted marketing initiatives and commercial support activities. The Service Marketing Specialist will collaborate with various teams to translate service value propositions into effective marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in marketing or communications, ideally in B2B, industrial, or service sectors.
  • Proven experience in campaign execution, content creation, and managing marketing activities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong interest in service business development and customer engagement.
  • Fluent in English; familiarity with digital marketing, CMS tools, and CRM platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute service marketing campaigns and support go-to-market strategies for service products and digital solutions.
  • Develop and maintain marketing and sales enablement materials, including presentations and digital content.
  • Collaborate with service sales teams to support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent branding across marketing materials and update service content on digital channels.
  • Plan, coordinate, and track service marketing activities, including basic performance reporting.
  • Work closely with various internal teams and external agencies as needed.

Skills

Expected travel days per year: 5-10.
