Senior Web Developer

Job summary

An experienced Senior Web Developer is needed to join an R&D team focused on creating the next generation of digital solutions. The role involves developing secure, user-friendly web applications that integrate front-end and back-end technologies while ensuring high standards of usability and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Web Development, Design, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in web application development, covering both frontend and backend technologies
• Strong experience with C#/.NET and JavaScript
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and design tools such as React, Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with scalable backend solutions using Microsoft Azure and containerization technologies like Docker
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern web development best practices
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure software development practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary and international environment
• Experience in Operational Technology (OT), industrial automation, or maritime environments is a plus
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern, responsive user interfaces for digital products
• Build and maintain secure, scalable web backend solutions
• Collaborate with UX Designers to create high-quality user experiences from wireframes and prototypes
• Develop interactive features and ensure consistent visual design across applications
• Contribute to software architecture and backend design using cloud and containerization technologies
• Maintain design systems, coding standards, and reusable components
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and development guidelines
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, performance, and quality requirements
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies and industry best practices

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Web Development, Design, or a related field
