Senior Value Management Manager (FMCG, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing revenue growth management capabilities within a global FMCG organization. The position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to implement and improve Value Management (VM) programs that drive commercial growth across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in commercial roles within FMCG/CPG.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record.
• Project management experience at various organizational levels.
• Good business acumen and experience in change management.
• Proficient in data structuring and analysis, with experience in internal and external data structures.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and enhance VM programs based on market feedback and commercial strategies.
• Drive the rollout and embed advanced VM solutions, ensuring they lead to impactful commercial decisions.
• Collaborate with local teams to bridge technical insights with actionable plans.
• Own the VM agenda for selected markets, understanding their commercial context and growth opportunities.
• Standardize best practices while adapting to local complexities in VM capabilities.
• Work with IT and external partners to improve data and tools for VM decision-making.
• Engage the global VM community to foster knowledge sharing and capability building.
• Provide targeted support to markets to address commercial challenges and ensure effective VM integration.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-driven, capable of working under pressure.
• Experience with specific VM levers such as pricing and promotions is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar analytical tools is a plus.

Education

• Relevant degree in business, economics, or a related field preferred.

Tools

• Experience with analytical tools and data management systems, particularly Power BI or similar platforms.
