Job summary

This role focuses on developing and executing high-performance user acquisition strategies on TikTok for web-based funnels in the dating and social discovery sectors, primarily targeting Tier-1 markets, especially the United States.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing TikTok user acquisition campaigns for web or B2C funnels, particularly in Tier-1 markets.
  • Demonstrated management of significant monthly advertising budgets, ideally exceeding $100K, with a strong performance marketing background.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing principles, including scaling logic and bidding strategies.
  • Familiarity with paid social best practices, especially within the Facebook Ads ecosystem.
  • Experience with marketing automation and systematic creative testing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
