The position involves both hands-on campaign management and strategic optimization, with significant monthly ad spend responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing TikTok user acquisition campaigns for web or B2C funnels, particularly in Tier-1 markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle substantial monthly advertising budgets, ideally exceeding $100K.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, including scaling logic and tracking.
  • Familiarity with paid social best practices, especially within the Facebook Ads ecosystem.
  • Experience with marketing automation and systematic creative testing methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset for optimizing campaigns based on data insights.
