Job summary

The Senior Technology Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of technology products for a specific business unit. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product vision and prioritize customer needs, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that provide measurable business value.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing enterprise software or SaaS products throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Strong expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, and Agile product management.
  • Advanced skills in requirements elicitation, business analysis, and product documentation.
  • Experience conducting market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer, operational, and business data for product decisions.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-centered design methodologies.
  • Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ability to identify risks, resolve complex problems, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, Architecture, QA, and Business teams to deliver product capabilities.
  • Lead product discovery, feature prioritization, and release planning in the Agile development lifecycle.
  • Monitor product performance using customer feedback and analytics to drive improvements.
  • Coordinate beta programs and validate product hypotheses with customer insights.
  • Support product launches and post-release optimization activities.
  • Identify and mitigate product, delivery, and operational risks while managing dependencies.
  • Communicate product strategy and delivery progress to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making within the product organization.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or product management certification is a plus.

Tools

  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, APIs, integrations, and modern software architectures.
