Job summary

The Senior Technical Sales Specialist will focus on the development of the Cell Culture and Cell Therapy business within the Nordic regions, operating remotely. This role involves engaging with customers to enhance their bioprocessing workflows and drive the adoption of a specific product portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a Life Science-related field (e.g., Biology, Biotechnology).
  • Proven sales experience in biotechnology or upstream process development.
  • Previous customer-facing role experience.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems like Salesforce.com.
  • Strong commercial mentality with a focus on winning new business.
  • Business proficiency in English.
  • Full clean driving license.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Implement and integrate products into customer manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive account growth strategies.
  • Conduct product evaluations and coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key customer contacts.
  • Gather customer forecasts and represent the product line at seminars.

Skills

  • Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy in customer interactions.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and teamwork skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant Life Science field.

Tools

  • CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com.
