Senior Technical Product Manager (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves leading the Risk, Trust & Vault domain, focusing on fraud prevention and secure card data management within a fully remote setup. The Technical Product Manager will drive product strategy, technical direction, and operational reliability, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, APIs, and event-driven platforms.
• Proven experience in building foundational platform capabilities or complex distributed systems, particularly in fraud/risk engines or PCI-scoped infrastructure.
• Track record of enhancing delivery velocity and managing dependencies across multiple domains.
• Ability to articulate technical trade-offs to stakeholders and translate business goals into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and architecture for fraud screening, card vaulting, and related services.
• Define platform features to transition client onboarding to an AI-driven fraud screening engine.
• Maintain high automated quality assurance standards to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Use the RICE framework to prioritize and execute on ambiguous requirements.

Skills

• Deep technical foundation in modern software engineering practices.
• Experience with platform-as-a-product approaches and execution mastery in delivery.
• Familiarity with fraud/risk scoring models and PCI DSS requirements is preferred.

Education

• Relevant experience in technical product management or a related field is required.

Tools

• Familiarity with Kotlin/Go, gRPC/REST, and cloud-native/serverless architectures.
