Senior Technical Lead Engineer (Medical Technology, Denmark)

Job summary

The role involves providing technical leadership and support for product maintenance projects related to ultrasound scanner systems. The Technical Lead will coordinate across teams, lead engineering changes, and solve technical challenges while mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in engineering, technology, and production support, preferably in the medical device industry or a regulated environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary environment
• Ability to work on-site in Denmark, with some flexibility to work from home as agreed with the manager

Responsibilities

• Lead product maintenance projects from start to finish
• Utilize in-depth production process and technical knowledge
• Support documentation and specification activities related to product maintenance
• Lead engineering changes and engineering change orders (ECOs)
• Analyze problems, propose solutions, and execute tasks using strong technical and analytical skills
• Provide informal guidance and mentoring to team members
• Lead smaller installed base projects
